Role Overview
Really Wild Clothing is seeking a talented and versatile In-house Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various departments, including marketing, design, E-commerce, and social & digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce requirements, digital assets and print design, with the ability to deliver high-quality graphics efficiently and effectively. The role requires a strong aesthetic eye, a solid understanding of colour and shape, and a solid creative vision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a sense of accountability, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design:
- Create and develop visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, postcards, and in-store visuals.
- Design and produce digital assets for the website, e-commerce platforms, CRM, and social media channels.
- Adapt photographic and video assets for use across different platforms, ensuring consistency in style and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to interpret and execute creative instructions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, E-commerce, and social & digital departments to fulfil graphic requests, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Partner with the photographer to utilize assets effectively across both print and digital mediums.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
3. Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met within budget.
- Maintain an organized workflow, keeping files and assets accessible for team members.
- Respond promptly to feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and the types of assets required for websites and CRM systems.
- Experience with photographic and video asset adaptation for both online and offline use.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to take creative direction and produce work that aligns with brand guidelines.
