About Really Wild

Really Wild is a unique British luxury brand, known for timeless women’s fashion, exceptional craftsmanship, sustainability and thoughtful attention to detail. Located in the heart of Chelsea, London, we cater to a discerning clientele who value quality, exclusivity, and refined style.

Role Overview

As we continue to grow, the Head of Sales leads and executes Really Wild’s retail, customer journey, and event-driven sales strategy. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing our Chelsea boutique and warehouse operations while driving strategic growth through carefully curated retail partnerships.

At the heart of this role is a deep commitment to customer connection and service excellence. Our clients expect a personalized and highly attentive experience — both in-store and online — and the Head of Sales will champion these values across every customer touchpoint. You will ensure that every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and exclusivity that define Really Wild, nurturing long-term relationships and inspiring loyalty among our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the London boutique team, ensuring exceptional customer service, a deep understanding of brand values, and strong sales performance.
  • Develop and implement in-store events and seasonal selling campaigns to drive footfall and loyalty.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of boutique sales performance and customer insights.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising calendar and implementation.

2. Warehouse & Dispatch Oversight

  • Oversee operations in Theale, ensuring seamless communication between warehouse, boutique, and online orders.
  • Monitor dispatch performance, stock movement, and logistics to support sales growth.

3. Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Analyze sales performance, refine pricing strategies, and support seasonal buying cycles.
  • Design and drive the expansion of UK retail – targeting luxury boutiques, high-end retail stores, shooting schools, luxury hotel boutiques, and premium e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce team.

4.Customer Care, Journey & Loyalty Strategy

  • Ensure a consistently high level of personalized service across all customer touchpoints — in-store, online, and post-purchase.
  • Identify and resolve friction points to improve customer satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Develop a scalable loyalty strategy suited to our size and clientele — simple to start but designed to grow with the business.
  • Use customer feedback and behavioural insights to continuously enhance the overall experience and drive engagement.

5. Event & Pop-up planning

  • Create and execute a strategic calendar of country sports, equestrian, and luxury lifestyle events to increase sales and build brand visibility.
  • Lead all operational planning and team coordination for pop-ups, including logistics, inventory, merchandising, and sales reporting.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support event promotion, boutique marketing initiatives, and storytelling that resonates with our target customer.
  • Identify key online and offline selling opportunities throughout the year and ensure alignment across all channels.

7. Reporting & Management

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, boutique and wholesale KPIs, and event outcomes to the Managing Director and the Really Wild board.
  • Lead regular sales reviews and maintain close oversight of stock levels, customer feedback, and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in premium fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of both retail and wholesale channels, with experience building international relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and event logistics.
  • Passionate about heritage fashion, exclusive lifestyle, craftsmanship, and the countryside.
  • Commercially astute with strong reporting and forecasting abilities.
  • Energetic, strategic, and hands-on leader who thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
