The predicted salary is between 44000 - 55000 ÂŁ per year.

We are running highly profitable, high-volume lead generation campaigns (currently scaling past ÂŁ80k/day in spend). To maintain and push this scale, we need an elite Performance Marketer who is equal parts Media Buyer and Creative Strategist.

You won’t just be managing bids and budgets - you will be the architect of our ad creatives. You will ideate direct-response concepts, write the hooks, brief our design team, launch the campaigns, and relentlessly analyse the data to scale the winners. If you know how to build an ad that stops the scroll and how to scale that ad to £30k/day without breaking the CPL, this is your sandbox.

What you’ll do

  • Creative Strategy & Ideation: Engineer high-converting concepts, angles, and hooks. You understand marketing psychology (authority bias, urgency, loss aversion) and how to translate it into scroll-stopping statics, GIFs, and videos.
  • Direct the Design Team: Turn your concepts into crystal-clear performance briefs for our designers and video editors. You will guide them on visual hierarchy, pacing, and direct-response best practices.
  • Manage and Scale Budgets: Own the daily execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/PMax), and TikTok. You will dictate the bidding strategies, budget pacing, and audience targeting.
  • The Creative Feedback Loop: Analyse creative performance daily. You know how to read Thumb-Stop Ratios, CTRs, and Conversion Rates to tell the design team exactly what micro-element to tweak for the next iteration.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, high-converting primary text, headlines, and search copy that aligns perfectly with the visual creative and landing page experience.
  • Testing Velocity: Maintain a ruthless, high-volume testing pipeline. You should be launching 5–10 new creative concepts or iterations weekly to constantly beat the control ad.

  • A Winning Creative Pipeline: You build a machine where ideas flow seamlessly from your brain to the design team, into the ad account, and result in scalable winners.
  • Profitable Scale: You confidently push daily spend higher across platforms while keeping the Cost Per Lead (CPL) strictly within our target KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: You never guess. You know exactly why a creative worked or failed, and your next brief to the design team reflects that exact data.

What we’re looking for

  • The “Hybrid” Skillset: Proven experience scaling high-volume lead gen campaigns (ÂŁ5k–£10k+ per day) and a portfolio of direct-response creatives you conceptualised.
  • Direct Response DNA: You understand what makes people click. You aren’t interested in “brand awareness” or “pretty” ads; you care about ads that convert cold traffic into qualified leads.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep, technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Briefing & Leadership: You have experience managing or collaborating closely with graphic designers and video editors, speaking to them in terms of performance metrics.
  • Analytical Rigor: You live in the data. You are highly proficient with platform analytics, tracking pixels, CAPI, and GA4 to ensure downstream lead quality is tracked.
