We’re a small but mighty creative film studio in Hackney, crafting work for clients like King’s College London, Landsec, Mondelez International, AWS, Paramount and Webwise. RBM is a certified woman owned business, in operation for 14 years. Our team of 10 is tight-knit, collaborative, and passionate about making world-class films. We take pride in our high-performance culture, where respect, trust, and a good dose of fun keep us thriving.

Right now, we’re looking for a Producer to join us. Someone highly organised, deadline-driven, and brilliant with people. Someone who can keep the plates spinning while staying focused on the bigger picture.

The Role

This is not a cookie-cutter production job. Every day looks different, with a mix of big, complex projects and smaller, fast-moving ones. You’ll be working directly with the founders, collaborating with our team, and building strong relationships with clients. You need to love solving problems, decision making and managing tasks with a cool head, and making great work happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organising and managing shoots – from logistics to creative execution
  • Keeping projects moving smoothly by working closely with colleagues
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and high-touch client communications
  • Attending and leading shoots, and making sure everything runs like clockwork
  • Spending money (wisely, of course) and keeping records in order
  • Maintaining top-tier relationships internally and externally
  • Keeping your cool under pressure – and enjoying the ride

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in an agency and film production environment
  • A rare mix of obsessive attention to detail while keeping sight of the big picture
  • A love for fast-paced, high-performance environments
  • Someone trustworthy, with great judgment and a proactive mindset
  • A genuine passion for producing world-class creative work
  • The ability to thrive in a small, ambitious team

Why Join Us?

We’re serious about our culture. We work hard to make this a genuinely great place to work, where people respect each other, collaborate seamlessly, and take pride in what we create. There’s room to grow, take ownership, and advance your career.

If this sounds like your kind of place, get in touch. Let’s make great films together.
