RealityMine builds the world’s most accurate passive measurement of consumer behaviour. Our panels and platform capture what people actually do — across apps, browsers, content, AI tools and devices — and turn that into evidence the world’s largest brands, broadcasters and platforms use to make consequential commercial decisions. We sit at an unusual intersection: the rigour of a measurement business and the commercial urgency of a growth-stage company expanding into entirely new categories of behaviour — including how consumers actually use AI.
The world’s biggest brands are trying to understand a shift in human behaviour that nobody has yet fully mapped, how people actually use AI, consume content and split their attention across increasingly fragmented devices and platforms. We have the measurement infrastructure to answer those questions. We are hiring someone to turn those answers into commercial wins. This is a role for someone who wants to move at pace, own the outcome, and progress rapidly by making the seat their own. You will be in front of senior buyers at recognised enterprise firms within weeks, not years, and the scope of what you do here will be defined as much by your ambition as by any job description.
You will sit at the intersection of three things most people never get to see at once: the market a client operates in and the challenges reshaping it, the product and solutions we can shape to answer those challenges, and the analysis that proves the value we deliver in partnership. Your job is to connect all three into a single compelling narrative — for the client, for our roadmap, and for the wider commercial team. This is broader than a traditional analyst, strategy, or customer success role. It is a connective seat that spans commercial strategy, client solutions and value proof — and gives whoever holds it unusually high ownership of the outcome.
What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy behind our most important enterprise pursuits. Frame the client’s problem from first principles, shape what we take to market, and build the narrative that wins the deal.
- Connect market, client and product. Translate the challenges our clients are trying to solve into the capabilities we build next — working with Sales, Product and Engineering to shape solutions rather than describe them.
- Design the analysis that proves value. Direct the work that shows what we deliver, in partnership with our primary points of contact — pre-sale to build conviction, post-sale to prove impact and expand the account.
- Present and defend your recommendations in the room. Walk Heads of Insight, CMOs and Chief Strategy Officers through your work, handle challenge, and land the recommendation.
- Multiply the impact of the wider GTM team. Equip Sales with reusable proof points, partner with Marketing on thought-leadership that shapes our market position, and inform Product prioritisation with what enterprise buyers actually need.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a role where you have owned senior-stakeholder recommendations end-to-end. We are deliberately open to a range of backgrounds — including strategy or growth consulting, corporate development or investor-facing roles, chief of staff or founder’s office positions, commercial or product strategy inside a growth-stage business, or investment banking transitioning into industry.
- A demonstrable track record of presenting to senior decision-makers at large organisations and holding your own under challenge.
- The ability to build a clear, compelling story from complex, ambiguous information. Show us a piece of work you are proud of.
- A genuine hunger to operate at start-up pace, and the ambition to shape the role around your own strengths as it grows.
- Adhering to Company Policies and Procedures with respect to Security, Quality and Health & Safety.
Highly Desirable
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python — enough to reason about data and pull what you need without waiting for someone else. Analytical judgement matters more here than syntax; if you don’t have it yet, you will build it fast in this role.
- Exposure to consumer or behavioural data — panel, clickstream, telemetry, event-level signal — from any prior seat.
- Experience turning raw signal into structured data — text, content metadata, or qualitative inputs where you have had to design categorisation frameworks from scratch.
- A genuine point of view on how consumer behaviour is evolving, particularly around AI adoption, content and attention.
- Our process is deliberately weighted toward what matters most in this role: executive presence, the ability to build a compelling story from complex data, and the intellectual creativity to work with information that has no pre-existing taxonomy.
- Technical self-sufficiency is assessed, but is not the pass bar. Expect to walk us through a piece of work you have led, and to work through a short live case that mirrors the kind of problem you would face in the role.
Who This Role Suits
Ambitious operators who want the pace, breadth and outcome-ownership of a growth-stage business, and who are looking for the seat where their next few years of career progression are defined by what they build rather than how long they wait. If you have spent 3–5 years learning how to structure ambiguous problems, work with senior stakeholders and turn analysis into a recommendation people act on — and you now want to apply that skill to some of the most novel and commercially consequential data in the market — this role is written for you.
Who this is not for: anyone whose primary interest is owning a BI stack, building or maintaining dashboards, or running an analytics function. The technical work in this role is a means to an end, not the end itself. If you love the craft of data engineering more than the commercial outcome, this seat will frustrate you.
What You’ll Get
- Direct access to the SVP, Strategic Growth and the wider commercial leadership team from day one — no layers between you and the decisions that matter.
- VP to C-suite exposure at some of the world’s most recognisable brands, on problems they are actively trying to solve.
- The scope to make the role your own. This is not a rigid job description — we are hiring for judgement and ambition, and we expect the person we hire to help define what this role becomes and where it leads next.
- Genuine influence over what we build next — your client conversations shape product roadmap priorities, not just sales pipeline.
- The intellectual challenge of a genuinely unsolved problem space: categorising and commercialising human behaviour in the age of AI.
