- Deliver panel-focused analysis to support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and panel health.
- Analyse mobile app onboarding and recruitment funnels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, participation, and user experience.
- Monitor operational metrics such as panel performance, participation trends, and budget utilisation, supporting forecasting and planning.
- Work closely with panel partners, clients, Data Operations, and engineering teams to investigate panel-related issues, surface root causes, and help inform prioritisation of fixes or improvements.
- Translate complex behavioural and operational data into clear, actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify anomalies, risks, or emerging issues in panel performance and communicate findings clearly and proactively.
- Use automation and AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of insight delivery.
About You:
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to analyse and manipulate large, structured datasets.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for analysis, modelling, and structured reporting, with experience using a BI tool such as QuickSight (or similar).
- Experience working with or managing research or market research panels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment flows, onboarding journeys, and funnel analysis, ideally within app-based environments.
- Experience analysing behavioural or operational datasets in a commercial or research setting.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, partners, and panel-facing teams, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident monitoring performance metrics and supporting budget or forecast discussions.
- Strong analytical judgement, with the ability to explain trends, risks, and limitations clearly.
- Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership within your domain.
- Open to using automation and AI-assisted tools to improve insight generation and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of problems, and manage competing priorities.
