London (hybrid) RealityMine has been a pioneer in delivering data driven insights to the world's largest brands for over a decade. Our platform provides unique data solutions to our clients enabling them to make strategic, informed decisions powered by data from real people, collected in a privacy safe way. You will be the analytical engine and narrative lead behind our most important enterprise pitches. You will work directly with the SVP Growth, present alongside our most senior commercial leaders, and your output will land in front of C-suite buyers at FTSE-100 and Fortune-500 brands.
The Role London based. You will own the work from first principles to final slide, shape what questions we take to market, and influence what our Product team builds next. The scope and visibility are closer to a principal or engagement manager than to an analyst in a large organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the narrative on our most important pitches. Structure the problem, direct the analysis, and build the story-led deck.
- Work with data that has no pre-existing taxonomy. You will design the frameworks — for AI prompt behaviour, content consumption, app sessions — from first principles.
- Present and defend your work in the room. Walk Heads of Insight, CMOs and Strategy leaders through your methodology, handle challenge, and land the recommendation.
- Shape commercial strategy. Translate what enterprise buyers ask for — and what they don’t yet know to ask for — into requirements for our Product and Panel teams, influencing our roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
- Multiply the impact of the wider GTM team. Equip Sales with reusable proof points, partner with Marketing on thought-leadership that builds our market position, and work with Product on the case for new capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years’ experience owning the analysis and narrative behind senior-stakeholder recommendations — strong fits include Tier 2 strategy consultancies, Big 4 strategy/commercial practices, or in-house commercial strategy and BD analytics functions.
- A demonstrable track record of presenting to senior decision-makers at large organisations and holding your own under challenge.
- The ability to build a clear, compelling story from complex, ambiguous data.
- Sufficient technical self-sufficiency to pull and shape data independently — SQL and Python (or R) at a working level.
Highly Desirable
- Exposure to consumer or behavioural data — panel, clickstream, telemetry, event-level — whether from a consulting engagement or in-house.
- Experience structuring unstructured information: text, content metadata, or qualitative inputs that require you to build categorisation frameworks from scratch.
- A genuine point of view on how consumer behaviour is evolving, particularly around AI adoption, content and attention — and the intellectual curiosity to keep developing it.
- Comfort operating as a ‘player-coach’: simultaneously doing rigorous analytical work and helping shape the broader commercial agenda.
Why Join RealityMine?
- At RealityMine, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we go the extra mile to support every team member to unlock their full potential.
- Hybrid Working: Split your time between the office and home, with 2 days working in our offices. Flexible start and finish times to suit your personal circumstances.
- Direct access to the SVP Growth and the wider commercial leadership team from day one.
- C-suite exposure at some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
- Genuine influence over what we build next.
- The intellectual challenge of a genuinely unsolved problem space: categorising and commercialising human behaviour in the age of AI.
- A competitive package in line with skills and experience, performance bonus, hybrid working in London, and standard benefits.
