About the Program

This is a 2-year Industry Access Program combining structured training with paid employment, designed to take you from foundational skills to a qualified Junior Game Artist role.

  • Contribute original in-game assets (environments, skins, items) with professional credits
  • Build a verified portfolio of commercial game work

Please review eligibility requirements and compensation details for the SFT phase in full at realityjam.io/joinourmovement before applying.

Year 2 – Adeptus Apprenticeship

Upon completing the SFT, you progress directly into a guaranteed 12-month paid apprenticeship (4 days/week) as a Junior Game Artist. You will:

  • Build game worlds and assets for MMO titles using Unity and Blender
  • Work remotely, managed via Discord and Jira
  • Attend 3 in-person 2-day events per year for expert feedback and team collaboration
  • Work toward Unity Certified Associate qualification (game artist or developer pathway)
