Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying, selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Arnison Store. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis. This is an 8 hour contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assisting customers with their purchases, including providing advice on products and pricing information.
- Handling cash transactions, managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
- Processing customer orders, ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.
- Maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards to ensure it is always clean and tidy.
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong numeracy skills.
- Good verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proactive and outgoing attitude.
- A keen interest in technology and an awareness of current trends in the market.
- Flexibility with working hours as shifts and weekend work will be required.
