Retail Store Supervisor Job Description Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specialising in buying, selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for our Northallerton store. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis, whilst working alongside the rest of the management team to ensure optimal operations of the store and team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sets an example and encourages staff to meet and exceed the company's goals and objective Exceed your targets and bring fresh ideas to the business Ensure the store is opened/closed in line with the policy Monitors staff on the tills Assists store management to achieve store goals and targets Trains and supports staff, setting goals where appropriate Maintains a positive team environment to ensure success Responds to customer issues in a professional manner Maintains the supervisor email account by actioning all emails on a daily basis Ensure daily processes listed below are being adhered to:- Merchandising Relabelling Stock Checks E-com Testing Ensure complies with the store standards:- Daily/weekly/monthly paperwork Stock control - proficient in RMA/blocked phone processes Loss Prevention - Investigate stock issues Assists in housekeeping standards Competencies: Strong communication skills Reliable Constructive problem solving abilities Integrity and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Customer service, sales and people oriented Proactive Organisational skills Knowledge, Skills & Qualification Able to prioritise Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organisation Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Able to handle multiple priorities at one time Wage: £12.81 per hour 32 Hours per week plus overtime Benefits Casual Dress Company events Employee discount Bonus Scheme
