Job Title: CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Darlington)

Part-time – 8 hours

We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Darlington Store . The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities:

– Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
– Assisting customers with their purchases, including providing advice on products and pricing information.
– Handling cash transactions, managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
– Processing customer orders, ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.
– Maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards to ensure it is always clean and tidy.
– Assisting with stock management and inventory control.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong numeracy skills.
– Good verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proactive and outgoing attitude.
– A keen interest in technology and an awareness of current trends in the market.
– Flexibility with working hours as shifts and weekend work will be required.
