We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a similar role, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)., * Provide tailored support to students with SEN in a classroom setting

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour

Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor students’ progress

Offer emotional and academic support to students, helping them achieve their potential

Work collaboratively with the SENCo and other staff to ensure a supportive learning environment

At least 6 months’ experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents

Knowledge of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students

A positive, patient, and caring attitude, * Bachelor’s (preferred)
Experience:
- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
