The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

You will play a pivotal role in recruiting learners, ensuring that they are provided with information, advice and guidance to allow them to make an informed decision relating to their learning journey. You will ensure that Realise match the right learner to the right programme. You will be the first point of call for our referral partners when they contact Realise by telephone and email. You will allocate learners to courses based on suitability. This is a key role in ensuring that we respond to all incoming course enquiries and provide the best possible service to our partners. This role has a significant progression route available for a dedicated, driven and passionate individual.

Your key responsibilities are likely to be:

  • Ensuring learners receive a fast, friendly, and professional first impression of our organisation — feeling supported and motivated from the very first contact.
  • Be friendly, engaging and welcoming with our referral partner and stakeholder colleagues.
  • Undertaking Right Learner Right Programme telephone calls and any further reminder calls ahead of course commencement.
  • You will contribute to the smooth running of the business development team, thanks to your organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Data and records held in our learner system will always be accurate and up-to-date.
  • Learners will move confidently from referral source into learning — all because of your efficiency, care, and commitment.
  • Ensure all potential learners are advised of the correct identification and right to work evidence required to join a course.
  • Establishing excellent knowledge of, and working within, the parameters of funding rules to maintain compliance levels.
  • Represent Realise at events where potential learners, employers and referral partners may be present.

About You:

  • Friendly and warming personality with the ability to create rapport and trust quickly on the telephone.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment where priorities may often change.
  • Good ICT skills, including experience of data input.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with learners, motivating and supporting them throughout their training journey.
  • Familiarity with the adult skills training landscape and funding regulations is desirable but not essential. Training will be given.
  • Must be able to travel across the West Yorkshire area to support the wider team at job fairs, and from time to time, be able to support events in local Job Centres.
