Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Oxford region. As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.
Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
- Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
- Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
- Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

The Salary:
- If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000
- If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000
- You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

Where will I be based? This is a home-based role, with travel required within approx. 45 miles radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road, but as you’ll manage your own diary, you’ll have flexibility in how you plan your time. This will be discussed with you further in your interview.

About You:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) is essential
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
