Realise is seeking a learner-focused tutor to support learners across hubs, communities, and online delivery, guiding them toward their qualifications. You will be the first point of contact, providing guidance and motivation throughout the learning journey. You will manage a caseload, travel as needed, and collaborate with recruitment and QA teams to sustain high achievement rates.
A Level 3 teaching qualification and relevant assessing credentials are required, with DBS and Right to Work.
