Job Purpose
To design, deliver and assess ESOL lessons that meet awarding body standards, track learner progress, and foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment.
Responsibilities / Required Skills
- Plan engaging, differentiated ESOL lessons aligned with awarding body requirements.
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
- Familiarity with RARPA for non‑accredited provision.
Qualifications
- Recognised teaching qualification with an ESOL subject specialism.
