The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

You will play a pivotal role in recruiting and enrolling learners, ensuring that they are provided with information, advice and guidance to allow them to make an informed decision relating to their learning journey. You will ensure that we match the right learner to the right programme. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

  • Taking responsibility of the learner application system for your designed geographical or curriculum area, enrolling learners onto our training courses, ensuring that they are provided with all relevant information, and supporting with any queries.
  • Utilising technology to pre-enrol learners, maintaining contact with them to support them to complete their enrolment before their training course starts, as well as checking their enrolment forms for errors and omissions.
  • Facilitate enrolment sessions, as well as supporting other areas during busy periods, and online enrolments.
  • Finalising all enrolment processes in a timely and accurate manner so that teaching can commence.
  • Accurately registering learners with Awarding Organisations.
  • Data inputting of learner and qualification details onto our internal CRM(s).

About You:

  • Strong ICT skills, including experience of CRM’s and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain trusting relationships with learners, motivating and supporting them throughout their training journey.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside sales and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with the adult skills training landscape, funding regulations, and quality assurance frameworks (advantageous).
