The Role
As an Employer Relationship Manager in our Adult Skills (ASF) team, your sole responsibility and focus will be to ensure that we have a pipeline of vacancies sourced through your employer network. The employers will offer guaranteed interviews to learners who complete a tailored employment course with Realise.
Whilst no two days will be the same, your responsibilities are likely to include:
- Employer Engagement and Partnership Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers across priority sectors including Schools and Teaching Assistant, Security, Construction, Retail, and Customer Service.
- Identify employers with recruitment demand and establish partnerships that support learner progression into work.
- Conduct regular employer meetings to understand workforce needs and future hiring demand.
- Promote training programmes to employers and position them as a pipeline for recruitment.
- Job Outcomes and Learner Progression
- Work closely with delivery teams to match learners with suitable employment opportunities.
- Create and manage a pipeline of job vacancies and interview opportunities.
- Support learners transitioning from training into employment.
- Track and report job outcomes and employer engagement activity.
- Sector Development
- Build sector-specific employer networks to increase opportunities for learners.
- Develop knowledge of labour market trends within priority sectors.
- Identify opportunities for new employer partnerships and recruitment collaborations.
- Employer Experience
- Ensure employers receive a professional and responsive service.
- Maintain regular communication with employer partners.
- Gather employer feedback to continuously improve training and employability support.
Where will I be based?
This is a home-based role. You may occasionally be required to travel into our Adult Skills contract areas. This will be discussed with you further in your interview.

- Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely.
- You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position, which will comprise of a one-hour formal interview, either in person or on Teams, where we will ask you a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a 2nd stage interview with two senior Managers.
