The Role
As a Webinar Trainer, your focus will be to uphold the phenomenal quality of training to your learners, virtually. You will be a huge influence on the careers of your learners, as you deliver our industry leading qualifications to a regulated sector.
Your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Deliver engaging and interactive online teaching and learning sessions
- Actively seek learner feedback and use this to continually improve teaching and delivery practices
- Keep fully up to date with developments with Early Years teaching practices
- Actively develop own teaching practices and ensure technology is embraced to improve learner experience
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report attendance to appropriate people in a timely manner
- Play an active part in working parties to continually improve and develop curriculum
- Work within the standards of awarding organisations and keep up to date with key qualification changes.

About You
- Have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C for Maths and English, or equivalent
- Experience of delivering Early Years at Level 2 and above
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) or be willing to work towards
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience and confidence in virtual/online delivery
