This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and organised individual to join their London office as an IT Administration Apprentice. You'll gain valuable experience supporting a busy IT function whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, developing sought-after skills in administration, technology, communication, compliance, and stakeholder management, Manage software licence allocations and liaise with suppliers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of the IT Asset Register.
  • Assist with the disposal and management of surplus IT equipment.
  • Support information security audits and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate service review meetings with key suppliers.
  • Help maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with administrative projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties to support team objectives and business priorities.

Training & Development

  • Work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
  • Build skills in business administration, communication, organisation, and stakeholder management.
  • Gain experience using professional business systems and processes.
  • Develop confidence in managing workloads, data, and business documentation.
  • Receive dedicated support from both your employer and training provider.

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.

Working Week

4 x days in London office (9:30-5:30). 1 x day for apprenticeship.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4 & above Maths & English
  • Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not available at this level)
  • Age 18+

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good Analytical skills and structured working method.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude towards working hours, some activities may need to be carried out outside normal business hours.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is, Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
  • Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
