Realise UK is seeking a Learner Acquisition Specialist to join the LAT to support employers in filling vacancies and delivering long-term recruitment and training solutions across the early years sector.
You will build partnerships with SMEs and large employers, design bespoke recruitment processes, manage candidate screening, coordinate interviews and provide data-driven updates to track KPI performance.
