As a Trainer, you will be the front and centre to coach and develop our learners and support them to develop and progress within their People Professional role. You will share your expertise with learners to enable them to advance, grow and improve within their job role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of People Professional apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey by supporting and coaching them to achieve all aspects of their programme through to end point assessment.
- Advise, coach and support apprentices via monthly coaching sessions that will develop their skills and behaviours within the workplace.
- Build effective working relationships with our employers to provide guidance and advice and seek out effective on and off the job training opportunities, that will directly support their role.
- Provide inspiring and motivational feedback to learners on how they perform within their assessments.
- Support learners to be fully prepared and confident for their end point assessment.
- Participate in professional development sessions related to the CIPD.
- Work with Specialist tutors to improve resources and materials to aid continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- While the role is predominately home based, you should expect that travel may be required at times to attend occasional meetings with learners, employers or colleagues at Realise.

About You:
- You’re an excellent communicator, people orientated (essential).
- You’re organised and pro-active with planning (essential).
- You’re proficient with IT equipment, in particular Office 365 applications and webinar software (essential).
- You have proven subject matter expertise and competency (essential).
- You have experience with, or knowledge of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications (desirable).
- You have knowledge of the further education sector (desirable).

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position, which will comprise an informal phone interview with the Manager, followed by a second stage, likely on Teams, where we will ask you a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a microteach.
