The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals and achieve their qualifications. As the first point of contact for learners, you will provide the guidance and motivation that they need to flourish throughout their learning journey with Realise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver educational qualifications in hubs, community venues, or online, ensuring accessible and tailored learning.
- Manage a caseload of learners, addressing barriers to achievement and supporting their learning journey.
- Collaborate with learner recruitment and quality assurance teams to ensure best practices, curriculum improvement, and high achievement rates.
- Handle post-enrolment administration, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely paperwork submission.
- Monitor learner attendance, conduct assessments, provide feedback, finalize marking, and invigilate exams where required.
- Maintain professional competency through CPD, embed Safeguarding and British Values, and participate in external quality assurance activities.
- Represent Realise professionally at events, engaging with learners, employers, and referral partners like Jobcentre Plus.

About You
- Inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.
- Teaching experience with knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools desirable.
- Recent frontline operational experience relevant to the qualifications delivered.
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32, D33).
- Occupational competency in subject(s) taught, and commitment to maintaining this.
- UK driving licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed.
- Some evening work may be required (discussed at interview).
