This role provides exposure to a range of activities, with responsibilities spanning the scope of a Training Manager.
- Role
- Conduct learner planning meetings with Trainers to ensure effective learning strategies.
- Utilise data and management information to monitor learners' progress and achievements.
- Provide constructive feedback to Trainers on learner experiences, identifying strengths and areas for development.
- Give clear directions and guidance to Trainers, enabling them to excel in their roles.
- Offer regular and timely feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager by submitting starts and gateway forecasts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local area and establish partnerships with relevant employers.
- Represent Realise at local career events to enhance our visibility and reputation.
- Provide day-to-day support to learners and employers, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Conduct end-of-year reviews and set objectives for Trainers' professional growth.
