Realise are recruiting for qualifiedEarly Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Cumbria region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be tosupport learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5apprenticeships or AEB short courses. As the first point of contact for yourlearners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learningjourney with Realise.

Whilst we can’t promise that every daywill be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

– Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face andremotely

– Delivering a range of award-winningqualifications

– Creating appropriate solutions foryour learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and developtheir interests and career

– Utilising our e-portfolio system toeffectively manage the learner journey

The Salary

– If you are a Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications, or you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 – Β£27,500

– If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 – Β£28,500

– You can also earn up to Β£160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You – A Level 3 qualification in EarlyYears, or equivalent is essential

– Significant occupational competencyin an Early Years setting

– An assessing qualification (e.g.,TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) would be advantageous

– A teaching qualification (e.g., AET,PTLLS) would be advantageous

– Experience in building and managingyour own caseload.

– Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

– IT competent with working knowledgeof Microsoft Office
