Overview

Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainers, covering learners in the Liverpool region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
  • Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
  • Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

Salary

– If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 – up to Β£29,000

– If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 – up to Β£30,000

– You can also earn up to Β£180 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting is essential
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
