Realise are recruiting for qualifiedEarly Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the North Yorkshire region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be tosupport learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for yourlearners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learningjourney with Realise.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
  • Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
  • Creating appropriate solutions foryour learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and developtheir interests and career
  • Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

Salary

  • If you area Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications - £28,500
  • If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000
  • If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000
  • You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You

  • A Level 3 qualification in EarlyYears, or equivalent is essential
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
