We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Designer to join our Learning Technology & Product team. As part of Realise Training Group's investment in digital learning and educational innovation, you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging, high‑quality learning resources that enhance learner engagement, accessibility and educational impact across our apprenticeship and training programmes.
Working closely with product leads, trainers and subject matter experts, you will transform learning content into effective digital experiences that support learners, trainers and employers throughout the learning journey. You will also help shape the future of learning at Realise by contributing to innovative approaches, emerging technologies and AI‑enabled learning solutions.
Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging digital learning resources, modules and learning experiences.
- Create interactive content, workbooks, multimedia resources and learner support materials.
- Work with curriculum teams, trainers and subject matter experts to transform content into high‑quality digital learning solutions.
- Develop accessible and inclusive learning materials that support a range of learner needs.
- Create simulations, scenarios and workplace‑based learning activities.
- Support the development of scalable learning products across multiple programmes and sectors.
- Improve learner onboarding, engagement and progression through innovative digital solutions.
- Use learner feedback, analytics and insight to continuously improve learning resources.
- Ensure all digital content meets quality, accessibility and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the development of new learning technologies, AI‑enabled solutions and digital innovation initiatives.
- Experience designing and developing digital learning resources and blended learning solutions.
- A strong understanding of instructional design, learner engagement and digital learning principles.
- Experience creating e‑learning modules, learning activities, workbooks and structured learning content.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and authoring tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
