At Tidal Training, we deliver professional training to clients and learners across a range of sectors. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Trainer Coordinator to join our Business & Training Support team, helping coordinate training bookings, support our trainers and ensure everything is in place for successful course delivery.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. From managing bookings and coordinating training kit to resolving queries, maintaining accurate records and improving processes, you’ll be at the heart of our training operations, helping deliver a smooth and professional experience for our clients, trainers and learners.
What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating trainer availability, course schedules and communications, working closely with trainers and the Client Relations team
- Organising training kit, course materials, courier collections and deliveries, ensuring everything arrives where it needs to be and on time
- Setting up online training sessions and providing practical IT support to trainers, troubleshooting common issues with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other digital tools
- Maintaining learner registers, attendance records and course documentation, ensuring certificates are produced, checked and issued accurately and promptly
- Creating and distributing course surveys, reviewing feedback and producing client, trainer and quality-assurance reports using AI and other available tools
- Responding to queries from trainers and colleagues, following up on outstanding actions and ensuring important information is communicated clearly
- Maintaining accurate records across our systems and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, efficiency and consistency
- Reviewing booking information and documentation to ensure details are complete, accurate and ready for training delivery
