This is an Account Manager role for someone who lives and breathes sponsorship activation - and who's as comfortable crafting a sharp campaign idea as they are delivering it brilliantly. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, leading day-to-day client relationships and driving the development and delivery of integrated brand activation programmes across sport, entertainment and culture. That spans live events, content, influencer, digital and more. This isn't a project management role - we want someone who thinks ahead, contributes ideas and executes them with craft and confidence. Someone who can hold a room with a client and then roll their sleeves up to make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of sponsorship and brand activation accounts
- Develop and deliver creative sponsorship activation strategies aligned to client brand and audience insight
- Manage integrated activation programmes across live, content, influencer, digital and paid channels
- Present and sell ideas with clarity, conviction and impact
- Oversee events, content shoots, influencer campaigns and project logistics
- Produce strong client documentation - presentations, reports, briefs, evaluations and award entries
- Manage budgets and ensure delivery on time and on brief
- Build strong relationships with clients, rights holders and partner agencies
- Support new business pitches with ideas, activation development and presenting
- Contribute to agency culture and help shape the next phase of growth

- An Account Manager with solid experience in sponsorship activation, ideally from a creative agency environment
- You understand how to bring sponsorship rights and IP to life through creative, integrated campaigns
- You're as invested in the ideas as you are in execution - not just a deliverer, but a thinker
