This fast-growing creative social agency is backed by a wider group of independent agencies and senior industry leadership, with a clear mandate to scale quickly and do things differently. Working at the intersection of music, brands and culture, the agency delivers social-first campaigns built to drive genuine engagement and commercial impact - not just visibility. With strong foundations already in place and a clear growth plan for the next 12–18 months, this is an opportunity to join early, work closely with experienced leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping both the work and the agency as it scales.
This is an agency Account Manager role with social at its core. You’ll sit between clients, creatives and freelancers - owning social strategy, planning and delivery across a portfolio of brand and lifestyle accounts. You’ll be responsible not just for what gets posted, but why, when and how - ensuring social activity ladders back to clear objectives and strong client relationships. While you won’t be expected to be a full-time editor or content creator, you must be comfortable posting, editing social-first content, managing calendars, producing shoots and being hands-on when needed. This is not a “handoff” role. You’ll also play a key role in shoot production, influencer activations, events and client comms, working closely with a freelance content creator and reporting into senior leadership in a flat, fast-moving structure.
What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day client relationships across social-led accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Lead social strategy, planning and content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Publish content directly - posting, scheduling and managing feeds rather than delegating everything
- Brief, coordinate and manage a freelance content creator across shoots and campaigns
- Produce social content shoots and small-scale events - managing logistics, timelines and deliverables
- Work with creators and influencers on partnerships, activations and hosted events
- Support paid social activity and boosted posts, working alongside paid specialists where needed
- Track performance across growth, engagement and reach, using insights to shape strategy and client conversations
- Collaborate internally to ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to execution without friction
What we’re looking for:
- Agency experience is important - you’ve worked in a creative, social or influencer agency environment and understand client servicing and juggling multiple campaigns at once
- Experience managing social accounts end-to-end: strategy, planning, posting and optimisation
- Comfortable balancing creativity with structure - calendars, deadlines, reporting and client expectations
- Confident coordinating shoots, creators, freelancers and small events
- Social-first mindset with a strong understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Able to edit or adapt short-form content when needed (iPhone-first, CapCut/Adobe/Canva level is fine)
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware - you can manage multiple clients without dropping standards
- London-based, with flexibility to attend shoots, events and office days
This role suits someone early in their agency career (c. 1–3 years’ experience) who wants more responsibility and ownership - not someone looking to purely create content or sit behind the scenes.
What’s on offer:
- Salary of up to ÂŁ35,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in Farringdon office, 2 days remote)
- Opportunity to work with leading global brands across music, lifestyle, and hospitality
- Joining a growing agency at an early stage - take on greater responsibility, develop your skills and be part of the agency's growth story
- A creative, fast-paced environment where ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued
- Room to grow with mentorship from senior leaders across social, creative, and strategy
