This independent creative studio sits at the crossroads of music, brands, and culture - creating social content that actually moves the needle. In just 18 months, they’ve grown fast, producing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest names in music, hospitality, and lifestyle. The team blends agency discipline with creator energy, producing content that feels fresh, authentic, and born for the feed.
Now they’re looking for an ambitious Social Media & Creator Manager to join the team - someone with the creative instinct, shooting ability, and platform fluency to make brand stories pop off the screen.
The role
You’ll lead the day-to-day social output across a mix of music, brand, and lifestyle clients - shaping content calendars, shooting and editing vertical video, and driving engagement through smart, scroll-stopping ideas. This isn’t a coordination role - it’s for a hands-on social creator who can shoot, edit, and publish iPhone-first content that feels native to each platform. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and clients on campaigns that fuse creativity with performance — turning insights, culture, and creator energy into content that cuts through.
What you’ll do
- Plan, create, and publish daily social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Shoot and edit iPhone-first content - quick-turnaround, reactive, social-native video that delivers real engagement
- Bring ideas to the table - from low-lift reactive posts to full-scale branded content series
- Keep a constant pulse on trends, sounds, and storytelling formats that drive performance
- Write concise, engaging copy that fits each brand’s tone of voice and community
- Manage social calendars, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are hit with creative consistency
- Track and analyse performance, using insights to guide creative decisions and prove impact
- Support creator and influencer collaborations - briefing, managing, and repurposing their content
- Collaborate across internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver work that’s both strategic and standout
What we’re looking for
- Professional experience in social media or content creation, ideally within a creative, social-first agency environment
- Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form video content using an iPhone (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools a plus)
- Real examples of your own high-performing social content; with strong engagement and viewership
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - what works, what doesn’t, and why
- Confidently managing multiple accounts, calendars, and campaigns simultaneously
- Creative, agile, and organised - you can spot opportunities, turn ideas quickly, and stay ahead of trends
- A natural storyteller who understands how brands connect with audiences through culture
- Based in London, with flexibility to attend shoots and regular in-office days
What’s on offer
- Salary of up to £35,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in Farringdon office, 2 days remote)
- Opportunity to work with leading global brands across music, lifestyle, and hospitality
- Joining a growing agency at an early stage - take on greater responsibility, develop your skills and be part of the agency's growth story
- A creative, fast-paced environment where ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued
- Room to grow with mentorship from senior leaders across social, creative, and strategy
