The Company
This fast-growing creative social agency is backed by a wider group of independent agencies and senior industry leadership, with a clear mandate to scale quickly and do things differently. Working at the intersection of music, brands and culture, the agency delivers social-first campaigns built to drive genuine engagement and commercial impact - not just visibility. With strong foundations already in place and a clear growth plan for the next 12–18 months, this is an opportunity to join early, work closely with experienced leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping both the work and the agency as it scales.
The role
This is a Senior Social Media Manager / Account Manager role for someone who lives and breathes social content. You’ll be responsible for developing, producing and managing social-first content across multiple platforms - from ideation through to posting and performance tracking. This is a hands‑on role, not a purely strategic or oversight position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable getting stuck in with content creation, editing short‑form video, managing channels, publishing content and engaging with communities. You’ll sit between clients, creatives and freelance collaborators - helping turn cultural moments into scroll‑stopping content that drives engagement and brand relevance. You’ll also play a key role in content shoots, creator collaborations and social activations, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from concept to execution.
What you’ll do
- Lead content ideation and develop social‑first creative concepts
- Plan and manage social calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Create and edit short‑form social content (iPhone‑first filming and editing where needed)
- Manage brand channels including posting, scheduling and community management
- Produce and coordinate social content shoots and creator collaborations
- Work with influencers and creators across campaign activations
- Track engagement, reach and growth, using insights to refine strategy
- Collaborate with creative and paid teams to maximise performance
- Manage freelance creators and collaborators when required
What we’re looking for
- Hands‑on social media management experience within an agency or brand environment
- Proven experience creating, editing and publishing social‑first content
- Confident using short‑form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Premiere, Canva etc.)
- Experience managing content calendars, channel publishing and community engagement
- Deep understanding of what drives engagement across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Comfortable producing content shoots and working with creators
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social culture, trends and platform behaviours
This role suits someone with professional social media manager experience who enjoys being both creative and operational - someone who loves making content as much as managing it.
What’s on offer
- Salary of £40,000 – £50,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in the Farringdon office)
- Opportunity to work with leading brands across music, lifestyle and culture
- Join a growing agency early and help shape its social output
- A creative, fast-moving environment where ideas and ownership are valued
Application process
Please be ready to share 3-5 examples of social content you have worked on. Ideally these should be posts you helped ideate, shoot or edit that demonstrate strong engagement and showcase your best work across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
