Up to £35,000 DOE, possibly negotiable, with high OTE potential. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for a fantastic role selling Apprenticeships into businesses. We would also be keen to speak with applicants who have already worked in this sector and who have sold apprenticeships before.

This is a pretty unique sales role, where there is no cost involved to potential clients for them taking on apprentices: it is fully funded and the apprentices will also be trained for them as well.

You will be required to proactively generate new employer customers through warm and cold calling and pitching to them the prospect of having funded modern apprentices within their business. Work from a full-time internal office and telephone-based sales account management role and incorporate some external client meetings.

Use company-supplied data and warm leads from lead-generation colleagues, while also sourcing your own leads and targeting businesses in specific sectors that fit the criteria. In the interim period you will build up your account base, and over time your position will evolve into primarily account management of existing clients.

This is a full-time permanent position with a starting basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, possibly negotiable depending on what and how much you bring to the table. Achievers can expect to earn well above their base – potentially £5,000 – £25,000 or more per annum within a three-year period as your account base grows and as you become more experienced.

If you feel that you meet the requirements for this role and would like to apply, please do so with your CV in Word format via the application link provided.
