Field Sales Executive – Fire & Security
Up to £45,000 DOE with high uncapped OTE.
We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company that offers a wide range of Fire & Security products and services such as CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and Fire Systems. Working out of their offices in Glasgow, this is a 360° sales position where it would be your role to identify, pursue, and arrange meetings with prospects and close sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland, with multiple fire and security solutions revenue streams available to you.
They are looking for someone who has proven experience in selling these types of products and services and who knows what an ideal customer profile would look like. You would be expected to develop and further grow your accounts and manage them effectively, creating further opportunities from them when possible.
You must be very personable, extremely self-motivated, and have exceptional communication skills. This position has genuine incredible earning potential and greatly rewards sales achievement. Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning around double this amount through bonus earnings. A driving licence is essential, and an additional car allowance or company car is also included in addition to salary.
