We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager for our client who supplies both Corporate Training Services and Modern Apprenticeships Services. This is primarily an internal and office and telephone-based role in Glasgow, which will also incorporate some external client meetings.

You will be required to proactively generate new business sales through warm and cold calling to businesses and pitching to them the prospect of having modern apprentices within their business or purchasing accredited corporate training courses for their existing staff to undertake. As well as working from some company supplied data, you would also be required to research and source your own leads and target businesses and decision makers in specific sectors that fit the criteria of being an ideal and profitable customer for staff training or for taking on apprentices.

In your interim period in the role, you will be constantly looking to build your prospects and account base, and in time your role should evolve into being one more of account management once you have built up a solid base of customers who will need your regular attention. Although much of your work will be done in the office and over the phone, you will also sometimes be required to arrange and attend meetings with your potential and existing customers as this will often increase the chances of opportunity and/or further business from them.

With truly excellent services and market-leading prices to offer, your success and earning potential in this role really would only be limited by your own capabilities, self-drive and motivation. This is a full-time permanent position with a starting basic salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, and achievers here can expect to earn well above their basic salary - anything between £5,000 - £20,000 and above within a 3 year period as your account base continues to grow and as you become more adept at sourcing suitable clients.

If you feel that you meet the requirements for this role and would like to apply, then please do so with your CV in Word format via the link provided. As this is a sales role, a well-presented CV that sells you and documents your skills and achievements would add great weight to your application.
