We are looking for a suitably experienced person for a permanent role with a fantastic Learning & Development and Training company in Glasgow, who now require an additional Account Administrator to work closely with both colleagues and clients.
They require someone who has previous experience in a similar Administration function within a busy SME business to become an integral team member of a company who are committed to the highest levels of customer care and who are viewed from their clients as being a key business partner and trusted advisor. Experience within L&D or Training would be of keen interest but this is not essential.
- Maintaining accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations and feedback.
- Supporting the development and implementation of training programs.
- Communicating with trainers and trainees to ensure that all training needs are met.
- Liaising directly with client and training/qualification suppliers via email, telephone and online meetings.
- Supporting the evaluation of training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
