We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for a fantastic role selling Apprenticeships into businesses. We would also be very keen to speak with applicants who have already worked within this sector and who have sold apprenticeships before.
This is a unique sales role, as there is no cost involved to potential clients for them taking on apprentices; it is fully funded and the apprentices will also be trained for them. You will be required to proactively generate new employer customers through warm and cold calling and pitching to them the prospect of having funded modern apprentices within their business.
This is mostly an internal office and telephone-based sales account management role which will also incorporate some external client meetings. You will work from company supplied data and get warm leads from your lead generation colleagues, but you would also source your own leads and target businesses in specific sectors that fit the criteria.
In your interim period in the role, you will be looking to build up your account base, and in time your position would evolve into being one of mostly account management of existing clients.
This is a full-time permanent position with a starting basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, possibly negotiable depending on what and how much you bring to the table. Achievers here can expect to earn well above their basic salary - anything between £5,000 - £25,000 and above per annum within a 3 year period as your account base continues to grow and as you become more experienced in the role.
This is just one of many sales roles that we normally recruit for on a regular basis (field sales, business development, telesales, internal sales and account manager positions). A full list of our current vacancies can always be viewed on our own Realise Recruitment company website.
