Salary: £80-£90,000 per annum + bonus

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (onsite with 1 day home working)

The role:

We are seeking an exceptional, Senior HR Business Partner to provide a high-touch HR service to an elite Software and Performance function within a high performance business and global brand. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, competitive and team focused environment where excellence is the standard. The ideal candidate will be a trusted, credible and experience BP, a proactive problem solver, and a champion of culture and people strategy, ensuring that our business attracts, retains, and develops world-class talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to drive a people strategy that enhances business performance and aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing expert HR counsel on workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, and succession planning.
  • Deliver a white-glove HR service, ensuring that employees and leaders receive seamless, high-quality support.
  • Drive cultural excellence, fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and elite performance thrive.
  • Proactively manage employee relations, providing best-in-class support to resolve complex challenges with professionalism and discretion.
  • Identify and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Leverage data and analytics to influence decision-making, measure HR impact, and optimise talent strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding inclusive talent strategies across the function.
  • Act as a key player in change management efforts, supporting organisational growth and transformation.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-performance, fast paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to company goals and drive impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Experience in complex employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into strategic action.
  • Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, agile environments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to build trust and credibility.
