Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a multi-site catering operation, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards across all locations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance aligns with agreed KPIs across financial, safety, and service metrics.
- Develop and implement innovative food and service concepts in line with current market and high street trends.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across the contract.
- Build strong, credible relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.
- Lead, develop and empower a management team to deliver operational excellence.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain full financial accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Proven experience in a General Manager role within a multi-site or contract catering environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with full P&L ownership experience.
- Ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships within a contract environment.
- Strong understanding of KPIs across Health & Safety, financial performance, and governance.
- Operational experience across varied food service formats (e.g. retail, grab-and-go, café, or similar).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to implement and deliver business plans.
- Experience introducing new concepts or driving innovation within catering or hospitality settings.
- Exposure to large, complex sites or multi-outlet operations.
