  • To work with the Site Leadership team in a champion capacity to continuously support their cultural change journey.
  • Role modelling the winning traits and behaviours (WTB's) and bringing fresh thinking to site to support all colleagues in developing and exhibiting the correct behaviours.
  • To maintain a network of contacts within the local community and beyond, driving social connections and CSR opportunities locally.
  • Establishing rapport with key partners, ambassadors, and site colleagues to ensure that their approach is built from within and is optimally embedded into the site.
  • Working closely with L&D and other partners i.e., OHW, Recruitment, and Comms, to build a fantastic colleague experience into the employee lifecycle.
  • To drive the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda at site, leading on action planning to create a sense of belonging and a culture of inclusion.
  • Manage site communications to ensure the most appropriate channels are being utilised, ensuring clear, consistent messaging is shared at vital points in time.
  • Actively listen and act as a point of conscience for the site leadership team to drive progress and continuous improvement.
