We are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing plant hire organisation supporting clients across the UK. This is a brand-new role and a chance to make your mark, influence how we grow, and help us build capability as we integrate a new team into our Plant operation and further develop our regional structure. There are 4 Regional Depots: Birmingham, Doncaster, Carlisle, and Salsburgh. The role will require an element of travel to each to support the teams but be predominantly based from Doncaster/Beckingham.
Location: Ideally Beckingham/Doncaster with travel required
Working Hours: 24 per week and super flexible as to what works for you
Benefits:
- 4.5% pension up to 7% after 5 years
- £150 per year towards health costs

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to Regional Managers and leaders, ensuring people feel supported, valued, and set up for success. You’ll focus on:
- Building capability and confidence in senior and team leaders through coaching, mentoring, and practical support
- Supporting the development of a consistent leadership approach across depots
- Providing calm, grounded guidance through ER cases
- Ensuring that our people initiatives are well designed, understood, and deliver maximum potential return
- Supporting local engagement and recruitment activity
- Helping us become an employer of choice in the community
- Playing a key role in integrating the Geotechnical team into the wider company
- Supporting change in a positive, people-centred way
- Helping us embed new structures and ways of working smoothly
- Developing and reporting on people metrics to highlight any trends or issues and providing recommendations
