Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve their potential? An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Fulfilment team as a Support Worker (RF Works Coach). In this rewarding role, you’ll support disabled and/or disadvantaged individuals who may face barriers to employment, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and thrive in a positive working environment.
You will:
- Support and coach individuals to learn, develop, and maintain new skills
- Encourage independence and confidence in the workplace
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment
You’ll bring:
