We are seeking a Rapid Response Advisor to join our existing team delivering the Restart Contract for Realise Futures.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering the Rapid Response offer within the Restart Scheme, providing intensive and tailored support to help unemployed people secure and sustain employment. You will work closely with participants who are currently in work and/or those who have recently fallen out of employment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be ambitious for yourself and for the people you support, an excellent communicator, solution‑focused, organised, motivational and inspiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support unemployed jobseekers (our participants) to find and sustain employment.
- Work with participants who are in work or have become unemployed.
- Engage positively with employers to create employment opportunities.
- Deliver an excellent participant experience, central to the success of our service.
- Achieve targets and KPIs.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
