Are you looking for experience or already have experience working with people who have mental health disorders? Are you looking for a new exciting role supporting students with conditions like ASD, mental health, ADHD and behaviour difficulties?

We are currently looking for staff to join a fantastic SEMH unit supporting pupils with additional/social, emotional and mental health. This role will give you the most outstanding opportunity to work with a highly professional team and various therapists to ensure the pupils have everything they need to develop and thrive.

The successful candidate:

  • Must have passion, enthusiasm and resilience.
  • Have a strong understanding of psychology and mental health knowledge.
  • Some experience (paid/voluntary or personal) with mental health and challenging behaviours and SEN.
  • Be hard-working and committed!

About the Role:
