As the Production and Office Assistant, you will report to the Production and Technical Development Manager as well as manage office admin for the London office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track all incoming and outgoing production samples
- Measure new production samples, checking against the spec and labelling accordingly
- Organise and maintain sample and vintage archives
- Organise and oversee sale of vintage samples
- Prepare all production samples for fittings and meetings
- Assist in casting new models and managing the casting tracker
- Check over QC of restocks – checking measurements, colour/print and quality
- QC and approve re-order pre-shipment samples as per specs set by Production & Technical Development Manager
- Manage domestic and international shipments, incoming and outgoing
- General office admin/errands as required
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in fashion or related field
- 1-2 years experience within production/technical team
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team
- Good understanding of garment construction and fit with high level of attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
