Réalisation Par has opened its flagship store at 95 Mount Street, Mayfair, and we're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting commercial performance, leading the team, and ensuring every aspect of the customer journey reflects the Réalisation Par brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the flagship store, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an elevated and personalised customer experience.
  • Motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with team management, including daily briefings, delegation of tasks, performance support and onboarding new team members.
  • Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth trading and confident leadership of the team.
  • Drive commercial performance through strong selling behaviours, KPI management and effective floor leadership.
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring displays are executed in line with brand guidelines and seasonal updates.
  • Support stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service and clientelling.
  • Ensure the store environment is always immaculate, welcoming and representative of the Réalisation Par aesthetic.

About You

  • A confident leader with experience motivating and developing retail teams.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs and customer conversion.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Hands-on visual merchandising experience with a keen eye for styling, presentation and detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • A genuine appreciation for the Réalisation Par brand and aesthetic.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in retail.
