Réalisation Par has opened its flagship at 95 Mount Street, Mayfair - and we're looking for an Assistant Manager who is as obsessed with the detail of a beautifully presented space as they are with delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and uphold the world we've built.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store and overall team performance.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a confident, elevated client experience in line with the brand.
  • Take full ownership of visual merchandising across the store - this is a significant part of the role. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the VM standards, executing new directives, and ensuring the space always reflects the Réalisation Par aesthetic at the highest level.
  • Train and develop the team across client experience, product knowledge and sales.
  • Take full ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager's absence.

Pre‑requisites

  • Proven management experience in a fashion retail environment.
  • Demonstrable, hands‑on visual merchandising experience - you should be able to speak confidently to VM projects you have owned and executed.
  • A sharp, instinctive eye for space, styling and detail.
  • Strong grasp of sales performance, KPIs and how to drive results.
  • A calm, confident presence on the shop floor with a natural ability to lead a team.
  • A genuine connection to the Réalisation Par brand and aesthetic.

This role is based at our Mayfair flagship, 95 Mount Street full-time.
