Working closely with the CEO and as part of the communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, maintaining engagement with members, partners and sponsors, and promoting the benefits of working with the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling a managerial role within the team
  • Developing communications with members and stakeholders
  • Identifying new relationship opportunities to increase revenue and develop and strengthen membership

You would be expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of the business and its members, making a positive and visible impact on the company profile within their sector.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in strategic account management with a track record of dealing with senior level representatives
  • Sales and marketing experience is essential with the ability to develop CRM systems and track engagement
  • Experience of delivering projects to deadlines and within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree level of education or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a small team environment with a 'hands-on' approach and can-do attitude
