Responsibilities To partner with quality to ensure product attributes and performance achieve all specifications. To ensure the performance of day to day preventative and demand maintenance activity to maintain manufacturing equipment. To liaise with Production to ensure equipment performance is maximised. To maintain records and documentation on relevant Engineering Procedures and preventative/ demand maintenance. To liaise with Internal/External Engineering Personnel and contract maintenance providers in maintaining trouble shooting, and installing/commissioning equipment. Technical design making and project planning for new mould tools and processes. Integration of new Injection Mould tooling and equipment in manufacturing processes. Technical oversight on existing lines, investigation yields and quality trends. Prepare appropriate CAPA plans and implement per timelines. Leading projects against agreed project milestones. Partnering with Marketing and Business Development, Customers, Suppliers, Vendors and Internal Cross-Functional teams as required. Ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget according to business requirements. Coordination and analysis of metrology measurements during product development phases.
